This is Havoc's quote, not mine, so you should ask him. My reply was merely an offer of prayers that if he is engaged in such dangerous work I'll pray that he will not be deceived through it.

What question do you have? We have authority by the blood of Jesus and through the Holy spirit. If you have neither you have no authority in Him. When the devil tempts, you command him to go. When he oppresses, you command him to go. When he attacks in any other way, you command him to go. But, absent Jesus in your life, you've no authority to tell the devil anything - or any of his minions, or any other spirit. It's not surprising that you haven't heard anything like this. RCC clergy will only say things like 'there is power in prayer'. They don't know the first thing, in my experience, about the true authority they are supposed to have. If your priests ever woke up on that matter alone, there'd be a mass exodus from Catholicism IMO.
