The problem with not having an alternative set of by-laws is these people are going to have a group no matter what, it is running right now as a voluntary group and that is what these 21 pages of laws are supposedly going to govern. A voluntary group. Once they get by-laws passed the next order is to get it mandatory. So I was trying to tie them with by laws that would keep them from doing that.
