Yes, He definitely is: the God/man, Christ Jesus. "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel [GOD WITH US]." Isa. 7:14 Amen.
Except this passage is not messianic, and refers to a prophecy fulfilled centuries before the birth of Jesus. It also doesn't say 'virgin'. The Hebrew word is almah (young woman), not betulah (virgin). Check most any modern translation.
