ps would love to discuss these verses...especially 1 John 5:13...as I believe it finishes the salvation by grace/works issue.

Maybe I should have been clearer.

Rather I mean the issue of wether one can know that they are saved.

I've heard it mentioned on these threads by numerous folks...questioning wether one can know they are saved.
