Girl! If you're a stay-at-home mom you DO work... and work...and work.... our hubbie's couldn't afford to pay us if they had to. We're self-employed ;^)
I've had girlfriends that tried quitting their jobs and staying home, said it looked so easy, (HA!)within a year they called it quits....said they couldn't be a good mom with the way their nerves were shot..better for everyone if they worked (and so on and so on). When I get the itch to regain some of my sanity by getting a job my dad ALWAYS pipes in with one of his favorite sayings (maybe should add here-- he had 5 girls)...
