I certainly hope the Green Party has representatives over there, helping to police the area and recycle all the litter!
The last thing we'd want to do is litter Afghanistan. It's a Fragile Planet, after all, and we must Save It For The Children.
No meat products, either. No beef jerky, nothing tasty. But the bean-based contents DO guarantee they'll be farting into next month; methane co-generation is a definite possibility the Greens might want to explore while they're over there.

Couldn't help smiling at the utensils package put in with the food dropped. *S*...How civilised!

Beans with Tomato Sauce, Beans and Tomato Vinaigrette, Biscuit, Fruit Pastry, Fruit Bar, Short Bread, Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jam, and utensils package including salt, pepper, napkin and a match. REUTERS/Hyungwon Kang What? No Martha Stewart hollowed out gourd centerpiece? No table cloth with elegant candles? My, my, my, what IS this world coming to?

Are we feeding the Taliban army, or are those soldiers Northern Alliance?

You know I saw on Worldnet Daily a company is selling toilet paper with pictures of Osama on it for $4.95 a roll. We should drop some of these over the Taliban controlled and occupied areas.
To: TheOtherOne
Interesting. The picture or illustration above shows the plane dropping its cargo over the ocean.

I'm guessing Northern Alliance. The Taliban would never allow the women in the pictures to be without a burqa.

CNN just reported that we have just dropped another 70,000 food packages.

The caption said NA.
To: GuillermoX
Seems that if the taliban were in the area the women would be wearing burga.
