This is less than 2 miles from my house. I was also at the airport last night picking up the wife and there were numerous cameras doing live feeds at the 10 and 11pm news, gauging reaction to GWB's press conference. I didn't get home in time to see this story (thank God for FR!). As long as the response to the game warden's obvious question inquiring where their fishing poles were wasn't: "Over there in our chemical tanker truck", I won't get too alarmed/paranoid about it. Folks sneak into the lake area all the time. Heck, me and a bunch of friends used to as well. I'll stay tuned to local news and report if anything devlops.

Keep us posted if anything new comes up!

With Fish & Game carrying m14's, you might not want to be caught at night fishing in or around a dam. I will wear my fishing license on top of my hat so they can see it! Now is not the time to add any extra stress to their work loads!

Must have been ethnic minority fishermen. We are a one paper town now and The Bee will not disclose any personal information of crimminal activity of minorities unless it is essential to the story. Not a word about it was placed in The Bee.

I remember fishing that lake from the back of my pick-up one weekend. I had "a few" too many lines in the water when I see a warden patrol boat come motoring around the bend towrds me. Orlando and Rowan would have been jealous at how fast I was crankin' in those lines.

Well the warden makes a bee-line right for me and I figured I was busted. When he drifts up to shore and bumps the bank, he asks me if I have a set of jumper cables he could borrow to jump a dead boat. I loaned him the set in my truck and told him if he needed any more I'd sit right there on may tailgate and make them for him. :)
