thanks for that first-hand view of what's happening; It is tough for a conservative to survive in the education industry; Lots and lots of teachers quit the profession because of the junk they're expected to teach; Good luck to you, hope you survive, because someday this industry will hopefully be changed by school choice options where parents will be able to pick different schools and the government required to fund those different schools. At that time we'll need experienced teachers who are non-pc.

That would be me.

I am looking forward to getting into the public school classroom and saving about 30 kids/year for one year, anyway! And, I realize I won't be able to completely teach my own way, but at least I can weed out some of the nonsense and drivel they would otherwise be subjected to were the students not in my classroom. And, they'll learn how to read and write, too!
