I read somewhere on this forum that Turkey is the only one.
Bangladesh and Indonesia currently have elected *female* heads of state. (Turkey and Pakistan have also had female Prime Ministers in the past.)
Pakistan was a democracy until it was hijacked by the military relatively recently (another reason besides the unauthorized nuke testing we had sanctions against them. They've apparently been lifted as a trade for their cooperation in the operation on Afghanistan.)
There are many pseudo-democracies as well where there are public elections for some of the chambers/parliaments or some elected heads of government combined with an appointed (or royal) head of state.
