As much as the ones who didn't go to work should be investigated, the ones who are 'missing' also should.

There will be thousands of people still “missing” after the cleanup is complete. Their bodies were reduced to wet sand.

How would we know who didn't show up for work since their co-workers are dead and their time clocks are melted?

Yes, I know , I have been there and talked to some of the workers saying that there is little more than stains and clothes left deep down in the pile. My point is that some have already tried to scam saying that they lost someone there when they didn't. It would make a convenient way for someone who may have been involved or 'in the know' to 'dissapear'. Mostly for the reason there will be no way to prove it with the scant remains.
