I think we will get plenty of "chieu hoi" defectors from folks we grab on the outside. Maybe they can point out cave complexes, but since we don't want to occupy the country, I'd support using any means to extinguish all life inside without putting our troops at risk.

I also would support any means to exterminate the occupants with one humble exception I want to get the intel that will lead to all the other rat holes. i also would not be surprised if some documentary evidence linking OBL and the former occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue were to be discovered in one of these rat holes. I have no evidence just my suspicions.
