I remember the old Saturday Night Live show when Zappa performed this song. The best part was when he said "Take it away, Don Pardo!" and Don read the lyrics from a blackboard as Frank pointed to the words. I can still hear Don Pardo saying, "I'm the slime!"

Man, that was 1976. Seems like last week.

Know what you mean. I try to teach my kids to take the time now while it is easier to laugh and learn and enjoy and build while the gap between Thanksgiving and Christmas is 2 years rather than 2 days...
