"Listen to Iron Butterfly's 'Inagaddadavida' twice a day for 5 days.

Not possible. It's too long to listen to twice a day.

"Because I Got High" I hate that stupid song. After hearing it on the radio, it played in my head for days. I will never allow myself to listen to that song again.

I once had a roommate in college that followed me around for 2 hours singing "This Old Man. He played one...".

It screwed me up for 2 days. The guy was a state wrestling champ in high school and benched over 300 pounds, so I couldn't make him stop.

"Listen to Iron Butterfly's 'Inagaddadavida' twice a day for 5 days."

I don't think that can be done in a 24 hour period--song's too long.

"Perhaps there was time you did not have a healthy relationship with cheese. It could be the clue to your whole existence! Call your shrink ASAP"

What someone does in the confines of his home with a consenting cheese is strictly his own business. Does the AMA know that you are trying to hustle business over the internet?

1. watch any PBS kids show, clifford or Dragon Tales, the song in your head will change into one of these tunes, but then it's over you will go completely nuts.

I was going to suggest popping in a VeggieTales Silly Songs video or cd, but not everbody has those sitting around.

Oh wheeeeeeeeere is my hairbrush?

A trio of tunes guaranteed to quash your current nightmare:

Billy, Don't Be a Hero

Ain't Gon Bump No More With No Big Fat Woman

Disco Duck

Best wishes; I do so hate to be in the predicament you're in...

Was your relationship to cheese normal when you were a child?

When I was a small child, I was forced to work in a cheese factory puttting those holes in swiss cheese.
It felt good, but I think it may have been a 'bad touch' thing.

Send me a check, and I will tell the rest of the story!-)

The most insidious part of this fiendish song is the part where little Jimmie puts the "a" between the words "from" and "Liverpool."
So it goes like this: Long haired lover from a Liverpool. AAAAaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!

I know exactly what you mean. I have the same problem with "Dizzy" by Tommy James and the Shondells.
I think you mean Tommy Roe.

I'm stumped on that one, but I'll have my daughter run the lyrics through one of her innumerable music sites.
At least we can solve this problem. :-)

Hey, it's raining cats and frogs down here in the mountains of Costa Rica.
I gotta do something this morning.
Might as well do some shrinking.
The boy's momma obviously ate too much cheese during the pregnancy.
His only cure is to keep humming the song.
He must hum the song at least ten hours per day.
More would be better.
He will never be totally well,
but then who is other than you or I and
perhaps Snow Bunny on one of her better days?
