Nope. Anthrax is not a communicable disease.

I was thinking more along the lines of the *whote powdery substance* they've been talking about. If you get it on your hands and then go for your nose, you are halfway there. THAT is what is scarey, because for most people, it is such a common thing to do. Maybe that is why they found the spores in one guy's nostrils, but it hadn't reached his lungs yet. There is a certain amount of natural protection in the nose. If he were more hairy than is usual, it could very well have saved his life because he most likely did most of his breathing through his mouth.
As I said, I know this sounds gross, but you do have natural filters all over the place.

Here's what you were talking about:

Don't you dare try to pull that kind of stunt again, OK? People's lives are at stake, dammit!

You make an absurd claim, I debunk it, and then you "correct" me by trying to claim you said something entirely different?
