Thanks for the ping, Luis, and kudos to William Wallace. This is true satire - just close enough to the truth to make one wonder. Considering the bogus causes of action Larry has brought in the past (yes, Dr. Frank, I am a lawyer), perhaps he could add a count against the fans for cheering too loudly whenever McGwire, Sosa or Bonds hit a homerun, thus unfairly encouraging them to break the Maris record and, quite possibly, violating some EPA regulation regarding sound levels at ballparks.
