We have a friend who is a senior flight attendant with a major airline. A week ago Sunday we asked her what was happening, and what were they doing.

She said the first thing before each flight is a real serious discussion among the flight crew to ferret out a pacifist on that crew. They will not fly with someone who will not fight and if necessary kill a hijacker!

Next if the PCers/ACLUers forces them to put someone on the plane that the crew feels represents a threat, the crew will radio the tower or airport security to get these people off of the plane (yep racial profiling by the crews who don't want to be the next mass murder victims). This has been done, and our PC media ain't telling us about these incidents!

Last but not least, they are making sure that in the first 5 to 6 rows on the aisle seats are guys that weigh in at 180 to 200 lbs. Guys who look like they would be to take care of them selves in an incidence like this one. Anyone who resists being moved to from one of these aisle seats gets a strong message to move their clymer to a window seat or back.

When you hear that 10 passengers took care of this mentally deranged lunatic, the flight attendant's stategy of strong non pacifists in the aisle seats for the first 5 to 6 rows sound like a logical move!

She, also, said that it would be weeks before the doors are changed and the cabins are bullet proofed! That may change after this incident.

Apparently there are just about enough pilots in their union, if not authorized to carry a gun on board, they may go on strike and shut down all airlines until they have permission to cwc!

Why do they let these scumbags on the airplane. No deranged loser should be allowed a plane except in the baggage compartment and wearing a straitjacket. I don't care if he didn't know what he was doing - he could have killed everyone on that airplane. I sure hope the passengers dished him a good beating 'for his own good' seeing that he is going to get off scot-free again and surely ride the next plane.

Oh, I hope your information is accurate. I'd love to be able to sit closer to the front next time I am on a plane. [6', 215#, self-defense instructor] I just can't make myself push everyone else out of the way when the seat-scramble starts, so I usually end up aft of the wings.
