They are considered "children" to tug at the heartstrings of the American Sheeple. The Million Misguided Mommies march distributed literature last year that cited the number of "youths" killed by guns in various years and states. By that definition, Monica Lewinsky was a youth while she was servicing the TRIMFPOTUS.
