No, unfortunately.

I have spoken with the online producers at FNC and inquired about the old videolinks.

Their response was that local cable companies were complaining that their franchise rights were violated by the broadcast of a live feed over the internet. Rather than risk the network being pulled from local cable outlets the opted to end the live feed.
