Great post yourself. That was very informative. SB told me how very smart you are and how she reads all your posts and learns about things she did not know. I remember one , I forget subject and she said how almost immediatley goldilucky posted the code and number and the whole works for something about a law I think it was. She was so impressed with that.

Thanks so much. You are doing such a great thing in your work . It really needs to be done too. Nice to meet you goldilucky.

Actually the code for seditious speech is Title 18 U.S.C.A. Secs. 2383 and 2384. It follows under the Smith Act. Although the House of UnAmerican Activities was debunked in the late forties, seditious speech still is recognized in the books as "seditous speech". The U.S. Dept. of Justice may not agree but we all know what the Dept. of InJustice is comprised of these days especially the ilks of those of the former Clinton administration.

When Paula Jones was suing the then, Governor Bill Clinton, she used the Title 42 U.S.C. Secs. 1983 (Deprivation of Civil Rights) and 1985(3). It was a civil rights complaint. Clinton appealed to the matter to denying her the right to Discovery and court denied his appeal. It was then that Clinton settled with Jones. Obviously, there was alot he didn't want to reveal to the public. It was too bad that the conservative movement couldn't have stuck by Jones during those difficult times as she wound up posing for Playboy to pay off her legal bills.

I have filed several briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court and am currently working on a brief to the State Supreme Court. It has been two years and this still has not gone to Discovery. I truly believe the court is ignoring having to make a ruling on my complaint. They just want this thing to just go away and I'm not letting it go away!

Don't feel bad about your brother being a Socialist. I grew up with parents who think Clinton is doing a marvelous job. I'm the only odd ball in the family who thinks this guy is a traitor. No matter how I try to explain to them what this guy has done to this country they don't seem to see a problem with him.

Thanks for the inspiring words. There are a few of us who can get this country on the right track. I have strong convictions that I truly stand by. One of them is freedom...chiefly my own and for my country.

God Bless to you!
