and for the record Jade - here are the two questions -

Black Jade, Yes or No - is it possible that China has already/is presently/or will in the future - bring weapons, munitions, arms and short-range missiles and/or medium-range missiles (or missile parts) into Panama?

Black Jade, Yes or No, is it possible that at some point in the future, Communist China might instruct Hutchison/Whampoa to stop U. S. ships from traversing the Panama Canal? Yes or No - Confirm or Deny Jade.

"With me, what you see is what you get. Get used to it."

I shall good Communist sympathizer/apologist Jade. And accordingly, I see that yet again - you've failed to acknowledge my two valid questions. What's with this Jade? How come you can't bring yourself to answer Yes or No, Confirm or Deny? Tell us, is it because you're upset with me - for pursuing these two questions?

Just because I'm pursuing an answer to two easy questions? Huh?
(Mud, you didn't give us any replies on the "good cop/bad cop" questions I posed to you - how come?)

Had to come back quickly. Just thought of something. Mud, can the average punk ferret out posters like j_accuse - while juggling a bowl of ice cream and a bottle of Hersheys syrup?

(oh jade, before I head off to the kitchen for chow - take a gander over the following excerpt from one of my fr mailings this a.m.

"I agree, jade does post excellent information and great links, but 'any ole' liberal or liberal sleeper can do this - by the way, I don't believe jade is a female, jade comes across in his posts, as a male. That's irrelevant of course. Now here's what I truly think. I don't think jade is any kind of "communist sympathizer/apologist/sleeper" or any of that - but, (and you'll get a kick of this) - as in the two questions -"it is possible" - rofl.
I'll continue asking jade these two very important questions - as they really are interesting (albeit foreboding) questions. This'll also keep these two questions at the top - daily) Anyway, see ya in a while, have a good day -back to the threads.
Jeff
(don't you agree, jade comes across as being male)"

Especialy for you Mr. Black Jade. A little treat for the gray cells.

One of our fellow freepers sent this to Snow Bunny and when she showed it to me it just HAD to be posted here and in the China threads.

Thank you Clinton's and McAuliffe . And YES Black Jade you will see one day the WHY of how important it is to be very concerned about the Panama Canal.

Re China arms Taliban--see Unrestricted Warfare.
Re China arms Pakistan--and they deny us ABM defense.
China is a threat--we are its main enemy--"war is inevitable"

China Reform Monitor No. 409, October 15, 2001

INDIA CLAIMS CHINA PROVIDED WEAPONS TO TALIBAN AND ALLIES;
BEIJING FAILS TO BUDGE ON MISSILE PROLIFERATION TO PAKISTAN
September 22:
Indian Intelligence agencies claim China has covertly supplied weapons to Taliban and their supporters in Pakistan, reports the New Delhi Pioneer. A classified report of the Core Intelligence Processing Unit (CIPU) indicates that most of these weapons acquired by the Lashkar-i-Taiyibah (LeT) fundamentalists and other terrorist groups could be used against the US security forces if they operate from Pakistani bases against the Taliban. Their sympathizers within the Pakistani army could also complicate matters.

The weapons which exchanged hands between Taliban and terrorists waging war in Kashmir include anti-aircraft guns, RK-87, RL-47, disposable missiles, Pika machine-guns and 62 mm mortars. Intelligence reports reveal that there had been clandestine meetings between the Chinese agents and the Taliban commanders. Amir of the LeT also visited Kandahar. China which has 70 50 mile stretch of border with Afghanistan has trade links with the Taliban and have allegedly helped Kabul in upgrading their defense capabilities. "Though Beijing has repeatedly denied its involvement with the Taliban, we have information that Kabul has access to Chinese defense agents," said a source.

September 23:
In Khartoum, Sudan, a Chinese delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Justice began bilateral talks on increased cooperation, reports the Republic of Sudan Radio. The talks, at the Sudan Ministry of Justice, were hosted by Ustad Ali Muhammad Uthman Yasin, the Sudanese Minister of Justice. Addressing the opening session, the Yasin hailed the Sino-Sudanese relations and described them as "strategic." And stressed the need to boost these relations. The Chinese Deputy Justice Minister stressed his country's support for cooperation with Sudan in the legal and justice spheres. The talks discussed aspects of joint cooperation in the legal sphere, training, legislation and the judiciary.

The Oman Muscat News Agency reports an official Chinese military delegation led by the Commander of Jinan Military Area ended a several-day visit in the Persian Gulf Sultanate of Oman.

October 12:
After several days of talks with US officials in Beijing, China has refused to budge on its transfers of missile technology to Pakistan, reports Reuters. The lack of progress made it unlikely that US sanctions on China would be lifted before the meeting between President George Bush and Jiang Zemin in Shanghai later this month. "There was basically no movement on the Chinese part," said a US official. Another official said the sanctions would not be lifted, "without change in China's behavior." However the issue continues to be debated within the Bush administration, Reuters adds. Some officials described as "China hands," were reluctant to impose sanctions in the first place and are anxious to have them lifted, despite ongoing reports of China's proliferation activities with Pakistan's weapons of mass destruction program.

Jade, as you've now discovered from my breakfast time quote this a.m. (and it was a good breakfast)- you've derived that I personally don't really care if you give me that Yes or NO - - that Confirm or Deny - but, for the record, let's proceed:

Communist sympathizer Jade, what do you think, Yes or No - is it possible....that China has already/is presently/or will in the future - bring weapons, munitions, arms and short-range missiles and/or medium-range missiles (or missile parts) into Panama?

Communist sympathizer/sleeper Jade, Yes or No, is it possible that at some point in the future, Communist China might instruct Hutchison/Whampoa to stop U. S. ships from traversing the Panama Canal? Yes or No - Confirm or Deny.
