On newer cars that is a possibility. However, if the something happens ot the cars computer, most are designed to run in what is called default mode. Its hard to tell what the effects would be. Alot depends on how close to blast you are and whether the device is detonated at ground level or up in the atmosphere. Anything American made and built before 1980 should be good to go. I for one have a 63 Thunderbird with a 390ci big-block.- Screw the Arabs!
