I would only advise that while we have seen more overt religiousness on the part of our leaders as a result of recent events, the religious right should not see this as an opportunity to try to foist religion on American daily life and further into government activity.

Secularists should not assign this natural spiritual awakening to the religious right.

Oh, puh-leeze. 30 minutes can't go by on C-Span without some southern holy-roller trying to ramrod a religious amendment through on some bill these days. However, some of us still prefer reality over fantasy.
