When Paul refers to "the law", he is referring to the Law of the Torah. The "work" that is necessary to be a "'doer' of the law" is simply to obey the Law.

I agree with you. And, one must not even "know" they are doing this "work". My argument is not with you. As a matter of fact, I read every word you post and I learn much from it.
