Controversial conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, apparently overcome with the patriotic fervor now sweeping the nation after the September 11th attacks by radical Islamic terrorists, issued a press release today disclosing that he has enlisted in the United States Army.
The release quotes Limbaugh as saying "This is my chance to put my body where my mouth is and get in the action I missed in the 60s and 70s."
Limbaugh is reported to have initially considered hiring a surrogate to serve in his place but rejected the idea as it would "...send the wrong message to millions of my Dittoheads who count on me to lead the way."
The release also stated that Limbaugh would, of course, serve wherever his Commander-in-Chief needs him but has specifically requested front line duty. -30-
Rumfeld was dispatched to read the riot act to three countries who reneged on their promise to provide US access to airbases.
It is NOT a diplomatic mission.

Howard Finemen is another runt. He does do some good analysis, but tries to hide his fundamental liberalism. Why do Liberals do this? Do they think they increase their credibility? If Peter Jennings, for example, would start his broadcast by saying "I'm Peter Jennings. Here is my progressive take on the news...", his words would have much more value in my eyes.
