I am suggesting that NR has given us nearly 60 years of sound conservative thought and I think that they would deserve the benefit of the doubt in who they choose to use as contributing editors.

National Review and "The Standard" are cut from the same cloth, liberal rags written by checked pants, country club Republicans looking down and talking through their noses.
But that's just my opinion.

NR has only been 'conservative thought' to the RINOS in the northeast. It is primarily 'moderated middle' to this conservative. All in all, a pretty good read, but conservative in total---hah, only to the liberals.
