Agreed. This depends on how many nukes, if any, they actually have. My point is that if they have them, given the events of 9-11, they would not hesitate to use them. Therefore, if they have them, we are perfectly justified in making a pre-emptive strike.
Trivia question-- the U.S. produced four nuclear devices in 1945. One was tested in New Mexico. Two were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. What happend to the 4th?
The nuclear material for the 4th device was used as "Crossroads Able" I believe. The original casing, electronics, etc., were dissassembled and stored at Roswell, NM until Gen. Curt LeMay came out and raised hell about the non-readiness of the "arsenal" which I believe at that time 1946 was about 11 weapons, stored disassembled.
