When I was under 20 I was a brainwashed socialist anti-war idiot just like these. (Well, maybe not that weord). If and when they get out of the university and get real jobs and start paying taxes they will snap out of it, just like I did. I voted for McGovern and then Carter and then I saw the light and voted for Reagan and haven't voted for another demoncrat since.
The only ones who will maintain this socialist commie attitude are the ones who eventually get a job in Government. I was cured of the socialist commie virus the moment I started my own business.
Frankly I think a lot of these guys are just participating because they think its an easy way to meet easy girls and get laid. I suppose if the girls took those masks off their faces the guys would immediately desert the cause, eh?

Anyway, what you said reminds me of something Reagan did as governor of California in the 1960s. When Reagan was leaving one of the CA universities he had just visited, college students swarmed around, shouting "We are the Future." When Reagan got in his transport vehicle, he quickly drew up a "sign" and held it up to the car window: "Thanks for letting me know. I'll sell all my stocks now."
