Private propaganda...the images are from SpaceImaging.com Much the best propaganda comes from "private" sources, I would imagine ... either self-intitative or thru some connection to a larger organization
But the Pentagon wasn't too pleased when SpaceImaging released pictures of Groom Lake AFB though...
