You have the opportunity to consider that:
A)A CAPS emphasis affords you an easy way to get to know another fellow traveler on this planet easier, quicker.
B) Some folk have poor eyesight and appreciate CAPS for quicker easier reading.
C) Variety in text can be more interesting.
