I pray that Kim Clement's prediction that the U.S. response will not be your highest will be minimized if not prevented. A number of people in Bush's administration know how to hear you, Lord. Speak to them clearly and show them precisely how to respond to this situation in all aspects and in the proper sequence. Cause President Bush to hear the best advice from the best sources and particularly through your Holy Spirit.
Give him utter confidence that he has heard your counsel when he has. Give him utter steadfastness and resolute determination to follow through on what you instruct him to do and not to do. Cause sufficient people to support him in such choices and actions.
We ask through the power of the Blood of Jesus and the Power of Your Holy Spirit that all forces of evil seeking to distract, confuse, hinder, confound, mislead, side-track, cause even slight deviation etc.--that all such forces and efforts be brought to nothing--and more than nothing--that for every such effort by every demonic force, that, LORD GOD, YOU WOULD INTENSIFY THE CLEAR GUIDANCE OF THE PRESIDENT AND HIS STAFF, INTENSIFY AND MULTIPLY THE ANOINTED WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND DIRECTION FROM YOU AND FROM THE ANGELIC FORCES SUPPORTING SUCH. That for every prayer by those that Love you--that you would protect and bless those praying and cause any hinderance or effort at retaliation on them to result in only greater blessing to them and greater damage to the foces seeking to hinder or retaliate against them or the President's efforts.
Lord, God, please cause the media to be all bound up in their underwear whenever they try and wittingly or unwittingly contribute counter productive things into this situation. Give the President and his staff added wisdom and knowledge about how to minimize destructive inputs and involvement from the media.
Father, please alert the president and his administration to the efforts of those who would erode our Bill of Rights in the midst of this situation. Cause him to be alert to such strategies and to end up taking actions to strengthen the Bill of Rights in appropriate ways.
So let it be said, so let it be done, Amen.
Father, protect utterly our military personnel, and give them Your blessings as they bring these terrorists to justice. Flood each member of our armed forces with the knowledge that You are in control, and bring each to a saving understanding and acceptance of Your Son Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Father, I ask for Your tenderest blessings for every person mentioned on these threads. Gather us close to You, breathe life into every person mentioned who is faltering either in body or spirit, and let none of us slip through Your fingers. Send YOUR words to families in need of comfort...instead of man's fallible understanding or interpretation of Your words.
