As to the particular details of Clinton's response to terrorism, search deep, friends, think hard. Does anyone really believe that Bush Junior would have done anything significantly different than Clinton in 1998?
Conjecture either way, but we can disagree on it. Bush just may have focused on real terrorists, rather than, say, churches in Waco, Elian Gonzales, etc.
