I have met other Isarelis who also call for genocide. Such irrational perspective is part of thegordian knot we face in dealing with the radicalism od Islam, the Islamism that is serving a satanic vision of genocide to a cultural rather than religious foe of the radicals. To allow ourselves a stumble into also calling for genocide, but genocide of a religious target, is to become as or worse than the enemy that did the atrocity of the WTC and Pentagon. No thanks. My message to the spirit of the author's urging: I think rational minds can find a much more plausible approach that avoids the bloodlust of genocide. Go back to your cesspool in Hell. Your time has not quite arrived yet, Satan.

A cultural war is not "genocide." Genocide is the attempted eliminatiuon of a gene pool.

Feiglin kept saying that this war could be one without killing anyone. Do you have any idea why he kept saying that?

I don't believe that the author is calling for genocide. I'm not at all certain where in the article you find that idea.

However, the author doesn't provide an answer for how to approach and solve the problem of the War on Terrorism, even if it is accepted that religion defines the field of battle of that war.
