You bet! She is downright boring when she speaks! The ONLY thing I halfway thought that her hubby ever did well was to speak....we cannot take that away from him...he was always good talking his way through anything. She does not have that gift and it is excrutiating to listen to her!
As for being the smartest woman in the world?....it is what the Clinton handlers spoon-fed the press from day one. She has yet to prove her ability or intelligence. She has NOT climbed the ladder to power on her own. She has needed Bill every step of the way.
