Normally I wouldn't particularly care about what Hillary wears, but the black pantsuit thing is beginning to be truly weird. Either she has few clothes, or she has LOTS of black pantsuits. Either situation strikes me as a bit peculiar.
Judging from your comment and others made here, I am assuming that Hillary made gracious comments, although her motivation is suspect. As long as she doesn't attack the president during this time, I am not complaining. She is the senator from New York, so she is entitled to have a shot at Dave's show.
The real problem is that she behaved terribly in two separate public appearances, both religious and designed to comfort victims, as well as an embarrasing exhibition when President Bush addressed the nation. Those behaviors were not something people imagined; they were very real.
After such behavior it is unfortantely natural for people to think that her words of praise for President Bush are nothing but lies. If Schumer came on and said her exact words, no one would say anything. However, she has brought part of this on herself by her behavior.
On the other hand, President Bush and the First Lady have managed to be friendly to her no matter how she acts. Perhaps they pity her...I don't know. Anyway, I think I will let her actions speak for themselves. If she continues to make the attempt to be civil after tonight, I will move on to other things to criticize. (But I still think she is a Marxist, and if I find her up to no good she will be fair game again.)
IMHO, here's the reason for why she continues to wear black pansuits. It's just another small part of the groundwork she's laying out for when (she thinks) she'll become president. It's her way of subtley indoctrinating the soccer moms, et al. with this socialist/communist way of thinking that all should be equal, including the way we dress. Look at the world's dictators...they ALL wear the same thing, all the time...Castro, Sadam, Mommar Quadafi, Mao, etc. Mark my words, THIS is the reason why she has chosen to dress like this; and now that she's started it; I can't imagine that she'll ever turn back to any other fashion....(just my ever-so humble opinion).
