errr.. Don't you think he's talking about things like bacteria that has developed resistance against drugs? Or are you suggesting that they too are man-made?
Agree that there is observable change for adaptation, but no evidence of
one species evolving into another species. The resistant bacteria is still bacteria, not a new species.
