Ramsey Clark is trouble, big trouble.And he and his groups have essentially been farming in the prison system. They spend a good deal of time, money and effort in their "education" programs in the prison system.
Not to get off on too much of a tangent, but every time we send a person to jail in our war on drugs, we are turning that person into essentially a captive audience for their propaganda.
