I'm taking this from my wife who saw this . . . I did not . . . so you may want to find the transcript. On the Rosie show today, in the middle of a discussion of "peace and love," Rosie said words to this extent: "I've always vote Democrat and I've said some bad things about Republicans in the past but I'm so proud of OUR president the way he has handled this whole thing. My wife said she almost fell out of her chair. Can anyone confirm, or supply the exact words???
Groucho Marx and W.C. Fields are my comedic idols.
I've learned from the best.
ROFLMAO (and wiping the suds off my SCREEN, because I laughed so hard I spewed beer completely over the keyboard)
Now check this ... this is the cover of Rosie magazine, formerly McCall's, now owned by Rosie.
This is the best they can make her look.
Is that scary or what?
That's true, but I think we also were changed on Sept 11. I think the liberals being even more naive and believed more than we that we didn't need a military, we didn't need a defense, we didn't need borders. I wouldn't be surprised to see many----especially the ones with New York connections ---to be making a 180 degree turn right now. Celebrities spend more time in NY than most of us and this just had to affect many very very deeply.
While I'm glad they're saying the right things now, I don't trust them. We have fingers bitten to the nubs from extending our hand in friendship and having it chomped off.
