Pacifism is evil, by this logic.

Yes, not only EVIL but COWARDLY too. Not necesarrily because those who expouse it are physical cowards--some may be, but others are not: but because it is MORAL COWARDICE that provides a convenient absolute that allows pacifists not only to avoid facing responsibility for their actions (or inaction), but to feel MORALLY SUPERIOR while doing so.

Just because someone disagrees with your opinion about fighting this enemy the terrorist does not make him/her a pacifist. In order to keep mid-east(if in fact that's from where it came) terrorism out of the US the US needs to change it's mid-east policy. You say that all who agree with you are on the side of freedom. If that freedom comes from bombing civilians and imposing economic sanctions against Iraq then I don't consider that freedom at all. I'm for a military strike against the perps of the crime that was committed at the WTC but US mid-east policy must changed otherwise this will continue to happen unless you totally 100% wipe out any and all of those opposed to your regime. If you can do that then you will still be able to bomb little girls and rip their limbs off without fear of any retribution whatsoever.
