Does anyone else but my husband and I get the impression she's been snookered?

If it is a fake, it's a pretty sick one. Would you suppose anyone would be dressed in that warm a clothing, and would you expect a railing like that on the top of that building? Certainly doesn't look like the Empire State railing to me...

Of course I may just be a sceptic... or is that septic? ;^))
