"'If one [of the perpetrators] is Osama bin Laden, send the international police for him and pick up Henry Kissinger and Augusto Pinochet on the way home,' declared Catherine Lutz, professor of anthropology.

"This recipe for national suicide received boisterous applause from the crowd, who continued to nod, smile, cough, clap everything but actually think. But none of that mattered at the moment. The crowd obviously liked what they heard," said Miss Oswell, a Ph.D student in Renaissance musicology at UNC, and Mr. Burdei, a political science major at the university and a staff writer for Carolina Review.

"The UNC Progressive Faculty Network sponsored this 'teach-in' on September 17, titled 'Understanding the Attack on America: an Alternative View.' It provided neither an understanding of the attack nor any surprising sentiments from the left: just the same, tired rhetoric that campus leftists have been spouting for years.

"The panelists stepped forward with one anti-American libel after another, almost as if there were a competition among them to see who could hate our country the most."

To my knowledge, the only acts of imperialism that America has partisipated in was the Mexican war of 1846 and the Spanish-American War of 1898. I received my BS in 1960, and it took the Cuban Crisis to wake me up to reality and to what my Dad had warning me about the commy professors as he called them. It they were that entrenched by 1960, we might be best to close all universities and instantly "retire" all of these vile Anti American faculties and then rehire balance people instead of Anti America kooks to teach our young people!

MOST Universities....University of North Carolina, University of Virginia , California , Ivy Leagues , Pennsylvania... are ALL brainwashing chambers for young people..... WE the PEOPLE need to take back our universities...also financial aid , total , goes to illegals and your tax dollars are NOT supposed to be used that way !!! It goes like this, college Fin Aid officers are ordered by the Fed Govt to only inspect 3 out of ten who may be illegal ( like Atta) and just GIVE THEM THE DOLLARS !!! I live in California and even Governor Reagan was not able to blunt these left wingers at Berkley and other left wing viper dens!

I feel that we as citizens have to apply the pressure, get the alums to pull money, identify corporate sponsors to get them to stop donating, and to hammer these deans and presidents as hard as we hammer the Arab Terrorists and their supporters!

Bingo, as soon as they sobered up from whatever their favorite recreational drug was/is, and they realized that they weren't in the WTC. They did two things:

1. Cheered for the Arabic Terrorists and proclaimed them to be heroes like their nightly lackey, Maher did!

2. They then started to organized this massive blame America First campaign. Their butt buds at the ACLU started all of the phoney bs about Arab Bashing and don't violate the civil rights of illegal aliens who want to commit mass murder on innocent Americans!
