Since paine(inthe@#) can't, why don't you try answering my question to him. You guys know I'm right becuase you have not put up a valid argument in months. The states have the constitutional power to prohibit drugs no matter how bad you want them.

You can't even create a coherent question. No the states may not trample on the consitution. The 9th amendment is in play. I have the right to chose my own medication. Period. It is not the states duty to protect me or anyone else from their own poor choices.

-- What question? I answered your last posts with valid argument/comments, & you posted a picture in response.

The states have the constitutional power to prohibit drugs no matter how bad you want them.

The 14th amendment stops states from depriving "any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

Arbitary, fiat prohibitions are not 'due process'.

This has been explained to you ad nauseum. -- You have never even attempted to refute these facts with a "valid argument".

Put up or shut up, hotshot.
