So far not too many seem to be worried like I am. I'm suprized given our inability to protect ourselves domestically.

Why do you think we do'nt have the ability to protect ourselves? We have all the rescourses in our nation, natl' guard, not to mention all factions of organizations that will rally to our defense. AND every citizen will be waiting for them, there will be a gun behind every blade of grass.

My oldest sister told me this one time - it is so true:
The end result of worrying is having worried.

I forget the passage for this but: "Don't fear the terror by night nor the arrow that flieth by day". something to that effect.
Most important: I think we are all a bit scared if we stop to think of it but then I am sure that many like me then turn to G*d and with a leap of "faith", trust that he will protect us and we will prevail. That leap of faith is calming and refreshening.
Also, to borrow and probably paraphrase a Jesuit saying that I love , "For The GREATER GLORY of G*D!". That saying to me means that we should do everything for the greater glory of G*d and that helps to make one feel braver, too.
