The US is obviously probing their defenses ... getting them to unmask and then pinpointing their networks and communications systems.Interesting observation. It makes sense.

Everytime they shoot down one of these "spyplanes" (in reality, nothing more than a glorified remote-control plane with a TV/IR camera and a tranmitter), they reveal their AAA/SAM capabilities. The US is obviously probing their defenses ... getting them to unmask and then pinpointing their networks and communications systems.Shhhhh!...What may obvious to many may not be to those bug-eyed fruitcakes.

Afghanistan's Taliban regime claimed Sunday to have shot down another "unidentified plane" flying over Afghanistan, In an unrelated story, an Afghani Airlines plane is missing.
(Not really, but...)

The Taliban (and probably Osama) are probably headed into a really miserable winter. In a couple of months they'll all have body-fat percentages that will be the envy of many professional models...only they'll be starving. When is Ramadan this year? Don't forget that our previous president established the precedent of ending the bombing before the start of Ramadan. Bush seems to be hesitant to overturn Clintonian precedents, such as EO 13083. Clinton never cancelled it, just "suspended" it.
By the way, how many of Clinton's Executive Orders has Bush cancelled since he assumed office?

Well I think we should help feed them, just tie some pigs on those parachutes. Don't want any starvation over there now do we? Just gotta help them out any way we can.

"Everytime they shoot down one of these "spyplanes" (in reality, nothing more than a glorified remote-control plane with a TV/IR camera and a tranmitter), they reveal their AAA/SAM capabilities", I was wondering about whether this would also help to pinpoint locations, etc. Are these mobile missle launchers like the ones the Iraqis used during Desert Storm or are they stationary?

"Bush seems to be hesitant to overturn Clintonian precedents" HELLO?????? Keep watching kid, this is going to get REAL good.........

The US is obviously probing their defenses ... getting them to unmask and then pinpointing their networks and communications systems.Absolutely. These remote control planes are little more than decoys.
I believe we (the US) is presently engaged in a brutal, utterly devastating sweep of every "terror" related faction
on the planet, possibly excepting the PLO. I suspect Osama bin Laden may already be dead.

Why don't they(CIA) just use their Flipping 90 billion dollors satelitesI guarantee you, they are. I believe the US is presently using space-based weaponry and other hi-tech land and sea technologies including ultra-low radio frequencies, magnetics, lasers, and other concentrated particle beams.
I think this "war" is going to be one whale of a showcase of stuff our military has just been dying to try out. Just like we experimented on Hiroshima with uranium 235 and on Nagasaki with plutonium. I believe the trick with this new stuff is to use it without tipping our hand too much. Some terrorists are going to be very surprised.

We should let them continue to shoot worthless drones out of the air for about a month while they waste tons of ammo. We could make this a new war stategy. lol Right you are. After whining about it for over an hour on his show, Drudge has this up:
PUSH THE DAMN BUTTON
What an idiot he is. He interviews bill gertz and whines about "when are we going to attack ?
Gertz tells drudge:
REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD ! MATT DRUDGE, GET SOME LITHUM !!!!!

I may be alone here, but I think these 'lost' spy drones may be a ruse. I think that there are alot of "red herrings". We keep telegraphing our moves against Afghanistan. Why? So they can disperse and hide? Something's up and it isn't what we think it is. Saddam Hussein may not be alive by the time we get the first reports of retaliation. Just my opinion.

These drones are not cheep, maybe we could get some of our kids who like building models to put together a few thousand models that fly on their own without ground control. Then just launch them in mass. It could be fun to watch them go nuts shooting them down. We could even rig them to drop M-80s for kicks.
