My Binky Boy heard it all the way from here!
This could be the start of a purrrrfect relationship...
Advise you stay away from all COSCO cargo ships in the vicinity of Panama Canal.
They might try to shanghai Bait to extract vital information from her.
Might be wise to assign CHIEF and COB1 to guard detail in this time of peril,
considering all she knows.
Over...
I think we are concerned about impending disaster because we feel we deserve it.
God gives each of us a conscience when we are born because each of us are created in His image; this conscience tells us when something is right and when something is wrong.
As we progress through life ignoring this conscience, the voice inside which discerns right from wrong becomes weaker and weaker, but it never dies, it just buries itself deeper into our soul.
When we accept Jesus Christ as our personal saviour we wash away all those guilts of the past and become clean again - or do we??
Jesus is our umbrella capable of shielding our past sins from the eyes of God, but what do we feel in our soul?
Can we forgive ourselves?
I think not.
I think the memory of our wrongs are implanted in our memory for as long as we live, and unless we begin a new life dedicated to the glory of God, we cannot forgive ourselves.
Do any Christians take up a life dedicated to the glory of God?
Possibly, but they are very few.
To do so means giving up all the conviences and easy living for which we sacrifice our time to obtain.
It means sacrificing our lives and our fortunes to others for the glory of God, and who among us is that selfless?
No, we are relegated to a life of constant sin and constant forgiveness through Jesus Christ, and the repetitiveness of our sins creates a burden of guilt for which we feel the masochistic need to be absolved.
This need to pay the price creates a fear of what that price might be.
America has turned away from His grace, and we all, saved through His blood or not, have a fear that we will be punished.
