Ramp rats and cleaning crews involved now? Placing weapons on the aircraft?

No offense intended. I know you were only posting a source. But IMO:
"DEBKA INTELLIGENCE" is becoming an oxymoron.

they should all burn.
To: RedBloodedAmerican
Is that why the thread and post were yanked?

Ramp rats and cleaning crews involved now? Placing weapons on the aircraft?Don't forget the food service connection in Detroit. Many people in low paying jobs (invisible people) have access to the tarmack. There are places on planes where people don't usually look during cleaning. (Ever checked your life preserver under the seat?) The schedules of the planes are well known and airliners have loop routes that make it simple to plan ahead and leave things on the plane before it gets to Logan airport. The hijackers even knew what seats were theirs. Where were these airliners the last few airports before they became missiles?

Huh?

When I used to visit with caterers, I would encourage them to get into school and get real jobs. Many said they had rap sheets and couldn't. I always thought it odd some had clearance to do the job they did.

The Russians have a saying for nasty surprises like this that fits my reaction to a T:
Yob tvoyu mat. It doesn't matter about the security. The guys can obard the plane, and get along just nicely. The cleaning crew can slip the stuff in, and hide it in any number of places.
And it only takes one or two of those. How do you check every airplane before every flight?

Earlier, a thread quoting the complete DEBKA story was posted, then yanked. #3 was yanked from this thread.
Comprende?
To: Thumper1960
I see. Maybe Debka's stuff isnt allowed to be posted as starting threads, I dunno. Ask the boss...
To: RedBloodedAmerican
I was thinking more on the lines of BS wasting bandwidth.

"Ramp rats and cleaning crews involved now? Placing weapons on the aircraft? "
That's not how I read the article. Implication is hijackers aborted plan and discarded their tools of evil.

DEBKA was cited as the source on another thread. In a later post on that thread, kattracks posted an article from the Associated Press contradicting the DEBKA article. In post 2 on this thread, WorldNetDaily cited DEBKA as the source of their article, the same article posted earlier with DEBKA as the source, the same article that kattracks posted a contradiction from the Associated Press.
If anyone can show that DEBKA is correct and the Associated Press is wrong, I'll reconsider. Until then, the Associated Press wins for credibility.

The 29-year-old man was released from custody Saturday, a Scotland Yard spokeswoman said. ``They have direct connections to the suicide pilots,'' a second law enforcement source, also involved in the terrorist investigation,
Why are they releasing these people? They just released a guy here too.
Where are all the lawyers representing these people?

I had read an earlier article where the aircraft was searched after a cancellation and nobody boarded; they found stuff. Maybe it was the first (erroneous) report of this story.

Can we take a poll?
To: Admin Moderator
AP hasn't exactly proved itself an accurate source in recent years.
