According to my research, botulism toxin can survive 80 degrees Celsius, which is approximately a temperature of 174 degrees F.

I will be posting some more info in the next hour or two about possible ways to combat or detect chemical/bilogical warfare toxins.

Call me cynical, but I just don't think this ban will keep potential terrorist crop-dusters from commandoing a plane and flying it over populated areas.

Will however alert police and citizens that any out of place duster could be up to no good. IIRC there is now a blanket shootdown order for all aircraft that go where they shouldn't.
