Yes they do and we've been having a lot of rain so they are plentiful right now. Interestly, I was just east of Houston on Thursday and one passed over me on I-10. Startled me as the shadow came across my car then I heard the engine. They are back up spraying the skeeters in our area, usually in the early morning at daybreak.
