#66 Don't say all, FITZ, but clearly more vigilance is needed.
At 8PM, on The Learning Channel (TLC), there is a not-to-miss porgram, a 2-hr commercial-free, "Behind the Enemy"; some dates in there should be noted.

why don't *you* ask them to immediately start flushing out the subversives in their bogus religion *now* so we can all move past this. the fact is, mosques are being used, in many cases, as fronts for terrorist cell activities. sheesh.

"I do not think that the Chinese like us one bit. I also know they have been up to no good with many of the Islamic groups. This has made me think about a SECOND group of cells being here....non-Arabic."
One of my early thoughts the morning of the 11th too.

The following air "vehicles" could be used to distribute biological agents, chemical agents, nerve agents, etc. They would appear as innocuous recreational objects overhead.
Ultra-Lights, Small fabric skinned aircraft powered by engines comparable to large chain-saw engines or small snow-mobile engines. Cost; for an outright purchase would be (guessing) $5,000-$10,000. Could carry a payload of a "few" hundred pounds.
Hot Air Balloons, Cost; similar to ultra-lights, with a greater payload. Balloon ride could be rented for a nominal fee of $100-$200. The pilot could be taken out soon after launch...
Para-Planes, Motorized para-chute with a propeller driven by a small engine comparable to an ultra-light. Cost; (guessing) under $5,000. Payload of a couple hundred pounds at most.
Para-Chutes, Limited range (depending on exit altitude and winds aloft), limited payload (200lbs. approx.). Cost; under $5,000. Would need a means to reach altitude. Hot air balloon, helium balloon (see below), aircraft, etc. Would provide stealth arrival on target (freefall).
Hang Gliders, Limited range and payload. Low cost. Rentals available. Considering the above examples, this method would be one of the least desireable.
Sail Planes, Limited range and payload. Low cost. Rentals available. Some stealth qualities.
Helium Balloons, This is probably the hardest to detect and stop. Weather balloons (5' approx.) combined for the proper lifting capability. Low cost.
A truck driver actually pulled off a flight with several weather balloons attached to a lawn chair !!! He had a BB gun that he used to initiate a descent by shooting holes in the balloons. Commercial pilots spotted him at 17,000' over Los Angeles in their air corridor.
If terrorists want to terrorize the USA, there are numerous ways to get it done. I have just thought up several aerial applications. Others may arrive at different methods of aerial application. Surely the terrorists can do likewise. The evil doers have shown us that their commitment levels are high. Where there is a will there is a way. Our country has to become far more vigilant in detecting terrorists BEFORE they enter our borders.
PROFILE ! PROFILE ! PROFILE !

I see NOTHING wrong with the term diaperheads. I like it. Diaperheads is VERY fitting...the rabid dogs have sh*t for brains.

everyone with radical terrorist muslim cells in their nation: iraq, syria, sudan, iran, afghanistan, etc. independent contractors covered by these nations will become targets of the hands that feed, support, provide grounds for training, etc. when warning nukes go off in the deserts of the nations that don't respond appropriately, knowing the next one will cripple their country for a hundred years. or, we could bleed the slow and painful death here in america. you choose.

And there are those freepers who call us "hysterics and bigots" for being a bit suspicious of the arab moslem covert jihadists living freely among us planning mega murder. And with ever increasing frequency, they have been told to eff off. More and more, people are refusing to bow at their PC altar.
Too bad. There is no constitutional right not to have your feelings hurt.

I didn't write that phrase. I only responded. I haven't figured out how to italicize another person's writings. You have a point, by the way.

I haven't read the replies yet, but this creeps me out. We had a crop duster buzzing the place last week.
I freaked last weekend, wrote it off to paranoia.
I freaked the first time it happened, several years ago, and actually called the airport.
NOW, I want to know who's piloting that plane. Time to call the airport again.

our military buildup has thrown the Middle East into complete and utter turmoilYes, the Emir of Kuwait seems to have had a stroke over it and went to London. The king of Saudi Arabia is sick, as well. He and members of the royal family got the hell out of Dodge.
The Rooster Cogburn (one-eyed guy) who heads the Taliban has boogied into a secret cave.
They apparently DON'T love the smell of napalm in the morning.

I just posted to that thread an hour or so ago. Can't believe it was yanked. Someone needs to tell the sidebar moderator that if the FBI doesn't already have all this information, we're ALL dead meat. We were getting reports that it was being talked about on the radio already, for crying out loud.
Sheesh. Give the FBI some credit for being on top of this stuff! It took me about 10 minutes to find the information I just found up there in 159. I guess THIS thread will get yanked now.

I'm glad the Mexican government isn't being as pc as you would wish. They caught 2 Arabs trying to use the route the illegals use into the US near here last Thursday, 2 days after the NY and DC bloodshed. I know according to you they were most likely wonderful people and should have been left alone.

Anyone know about the 'family ties' angle to these wackjobs??? Like if they, the terrorists got busted, and they KNEW that their wives/kids would be prosecuted/harmed, would it crimp their 'style'?

I cut my teeth in a 1946 Aeronca Champ. It's a great little tail dragger that goes airborne at 30 knots and reaches redline in a screaming dive at 89 knots. It's a stick and rudder affair with tandem seating and a 65 hp engine. There are no flaps on the plane, so you dump altitude with a side slip to avoid building airspeed.
It is worth the time to go to a farming area to watch an ag plane in action. Very skilled pilots. Most have a cutter bar up the center of the windshield to cut the barbed wire when the come in too low into a fence. You really can skim the tree tops and hug the field surfaces to completely evade any radar.
