If we are at war with terrorism, why don't we spend a couple hundred billion (howeve much it takes) on civilian defenses to biological warfare? Is there a petition or movement to join for this?

That's one of the reasons I posted this. Our government needs to know that we know we're not prepared for such an event. There probably aren't enough vaccines out here in flyover country for us peons.

If the threat of biological warefare is great, why doesn't our government supply its' citizens with gasmasks like the Israeli government supplies its' citizens?
Or, are we just "useless eaters"?
