If his genes are arabic because his ethniciy is arabic, then he is going to have to avoid fools like you that want to beat him up, burn down his business or home, deport him or send him to detention camps.
For example, a sizeable percentage of blacks in this country are muslims. However, I havent heard of one airline pilot refusing to fly a black passenger because they were muslim. Seems the only thing that important to some people is that you look the part.
